Study On The Landscape Reformation Of Urban Old Industrial Area

In 2014, China State Council announced " to 2020 the rate of urbanization will be 60% " in The National New Urbanization Plan. leading to the accelerated process of urbanization, the city continues to expand outwards. The old industrial area on the outskirts of the original edge gradually into a part of the city, occupies a lot better city development planning. In the past development planning, the use of industrial area is often directly removed down, the replacement of land functions, which is a waste of resources, but also the destruction of urban history memory. In order to integrate cultural resources for old industrial zone,through learning from the west, we put forward a new way of thinking in the industrial landscape design.The research object of this paper is the landscape reconstruction design of urban old industrial area, the characteristics of the old industrial and abandoned land, the related theories of landscape reformation design, and the future development trend are analyzed. This paper relates to cross multidisciplinary research, there are many fields such as psychology, art, design, botany, color science, landscape ecology, architecture, etc.In this paper, making research of the old industrial area landscape reformation in city through literature research about theories analyzed to understand the current domestic and urban development related to the reformation of the old industrial landscape status quo, for further research laid the theoretical foundation; I summarized three design concepts, four reformation method, five reformation model, six design principles,and sent three analyzes to the necessity of urban landscape reformation of the old industrial area.Through Gas Works Park in Seattle, Houtan park in Shanghai, Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord in Germany, the three cities of the old industrial area landscape reformation analysis, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of the old industrial area landscape reformation for the case design research pave the way.Finally, Make Datong gasworks planning and design as an example, From the original layout, roads, vegetation, construction, combined with the design principle of the relevant theoretical research on the old plant landscape transformation, the design principle of this plan is refined. Establish in three point design principle, according to the actual situation of coal gas plant to partition design, road design, green system design, important node design, will be used to build the plant into a comprehensive industrial, commercial, ecological, tourism as one of the integrated industrial theme park.
