The Landscape Design And Research On The Urban Waste Recycling Industrial District In City

At present, China’s economy are experiencing a huge development within these years, along with the advent of the industrial era, the adjustment of the traditional industrial structure, the change of the size and spatial distribution of urban industrial land. As a result, cities appear to be in different degrees of waste industrial area. These abandoned industrial areas not only cause visual pollution, but also bring social and environmental problems. With rapid economic growth, people have realized more about the "spirit of place" and the "Roots,". People also realized that major demolition and construction not only cause environmental pollution and economic waste, but also obliterate the memory of the city’s industrial history. So a major topic of urban development and characteristics to create a practical significance and urgency is how to take advantage of the post-industrial landscape ideas to complete the renovation of urban waste industrial area, and then make our spaces to complete the transition from decline to revival and achieve win-win economic and social benefits.This paper mainly discusses from the following aspects:Firstly, stated background, purpose and significance, as well as innovation and feasibility analysis of this research;Secondly, discussed the basic theory of design of the urban waste recycling industrial landscape, the history of development and current situation in China compared with countries abroad, the characteristics of the waste industrial landscape system, and practice patterns and design methods to update the transformation;Again, analyzed Canada Granville Island, Guangdong Zhongshan Shipyard Park, and Tianjin Vanke Crystal Cityas as good models of the discipline, and a detailed analysis of the interpretation of landscape transformation strategies. These analysis will help people to understanding better that how to transform the city’s industrial zone theory and practices system.Finally, the author try to renew Onkyo Road, Jining City by the theories of the design old factory based on fieldwork analysis, the use of landscape transformation approach summed up waste industrial zone. And summarized the main conclusions the research.Through research and design practice of the subject, I hope I can provide some reference points for the future development between the theories and practice of the subject’s role in some degree.
