Building in the new process,because of various reasons,uneven settlement,tilt,wall cracks and other diseases,however,the overall structure of many buildings in the upper part of the overall structure is still very good.If you continue to use,will be a threat to people's lives;if abandoned,have a sense of pity;and will remove it,is a great waste.Therefore,it is very significant to carry out the rectification of the existing buildings.This thesis aims to dig soil.Application of tilt method in inclined buildings,by using FLAC-3D finite difference simulation data of an office building in Jiangxi city of Ganzhou province was divided into software,the whole process of the actual construction process and verify the digging of rectification by the simulation of office building dig soil rectification results are roughly consistent.The main contents of this paper are:(1)A brief description of the research progress and some classic cases of the technique of correcting the dumping at home and abroad.From the bad geological structure,the construction of the age,the upper load,foundation,unreasonable survey and design,construction management,use of various improper maintenance and their own structural characteristics and external environment and the interference and other aspects of the analysis and other aspects of in-depth analysis of the reasons for building tilt generated;list of existing buildings rectification governance methods commonly,introduces the excavating deviation rectification in horizontal,inclined and vertical three kinds of digging rectification measures;(2)On horizontal soil rectify leaning theory analysis method,through to adopt the theory of elastic circular hole stress concentration problem analysis of the frame structure building soil remedy when pitch hole deformation problem,the problem to do qualitative analysis.According to the round hole stress concentration theory of soil mechanics,analysis of the soil hole hole effect;The biggest plastic theory is used to calculate the hole radius of influence,the additional settlement and soil quantity problem;(3)Combined with practical engineering situation,using FLAC-3D finite difference software,on a horizontal digging rectification was simulated,and the effect of inclination on correcting factors affecting the building frame structure(such as digging hole spacing,hole radius s R,digging hole depth,hole distance L basal h height and other factors)quantitative analysis.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the actual observation results,and it is feasible to use software to simulate the whole process of the construction of the frame structure;(4)The data analysis of the measured data and numerical simulation data in engineering by using origin8 software,make the visual data analysis between graphics;digging hole spacing S,hole radius r,hole depth L and pitch base height h factors such as sensitivity to the office,to study the 4 main factors of horizontal digging influence of tilt effect of soil.
