Theoretical Analysis And Research Onhorizontal Soil Extraction Technology

Buildings in the use of the process,there may be uneven settlement,wall cracking,tilt and other diseases,if you continue to use it the people's property and life safety will be a threat,if directly removed,in the case of the upper structure in good condition it will cause unnecessary waste.So it is important to correct the inclined building.Although the technical literature can be seen,the level of soil extraction technology in many practical projects have achieved good results,but most of the engineering staffs through the previous engineering experience and a large number of data monitoring to control the building of the correction,ignoring the theoretical analysis Of the guiding role,resulting in the phenomenon that theoretical research lagging behind the application.Based on the data of a residential building in Hebei Province,this paper uses MIDAS / GTS finite element analysis software to analyze and study the horizontal excavation technology,the main contents are as follows:(1)Several typical cases of building tilting at home and abroad are analyzed.The causes of the tilt of the building are analyzed from the aspects of site investigation process,architectural design process,construction process,construction management process and human disturbance and natural disaster,and the rectification methods are summarized.(2)Based on the theory of cylindrical expansion,the process of excavation and the elastic-plastic deformation of the soil are analyzed from the angle of mechanics,and the deformation of the soil The maximum plastic area is calculated.(3)The mechanism of horizontal digging method is studied,and the factors influencing the inclination correction effect are established:(1)hole diameter;(2)hole spacing;(3)distance from the base distance;(4)hole length.According to the construction of a residential building in Hebei Province,the quantitative analysis is carried out.Under the same three factors,the parameters of one factor are changed respectively,the influence of the settlement on the building is analyzed,And summed up the impact of various factors on the effect of rectification...
