With the support of the country for the infrastructure construction, the development of the construction industry is very fast and has achieved remarkable success, but there is a lot of quality problems at the same time. The tilt of building is one of the common problems of engineering quality. For rectifying technology building, the selected rectification scheme, rectification construction technology and strict settlement monitoring is very important for the rectification project, but for the rectification in the process of construction, the safety factors of each construction stage must also be considered. In the rectification construction of building, the trench excavation stage and the digging soil at various stages of rectifying inclination must ensure the safety of the construction process, and thus the study of safety and stability in the whole rectification construction of building has very important significance.Taking the rectification and reinforcement of the 11-story residential building in Jiang Su Province as background, this paper mainly studied on the three-dimensional finite element model analysis of the rectification process for the rectification and reinforcement scheme of residential building. The main consideration in the simulation is the variation of the horizontal digging soil during the various stages of construction. The main results are as follows:1. According to the design scheme of rectification and reinforcement scheme, using the finite element analysis software MIDAS/GTS set up three-dimensional finite element model of the process of rectifying for residential building. Through MIDAS/GTS software strength subtraction in slope stability analysis module to simulate the change of foundation stability safety coefficient in each construction stage, and through the changes of the maximum shearing stress, shear strain, as well as the safety factor to reflect the stability of the foundation soil.2. In the process of simulation analysis, the main analysis of the various stages of the construction stage of the horizontal digging soil is variation of settlement. It’s considered mainly the changes of settlement of trench excavation stage and the first horizontal digging in the whole process in this simulation.3. Mohr-Coulomb model and Duncan-Chang model are selected to analyze in the process of simulation. Through the results of comparison and analysis obtained from the two kind of constitutive model, the settlement trend is obtained in the construction stage.4. The writer illustrates some key construction process and scheme of settlement monitoring, analyzes the changes in the rate of tile of residential building in each construction stage through the settlement observation results in the process of rectification and reinforcement, and compares the settlement observation results with the simulation results.
