| In recent years,with the improvement of economic,people’s quality of life requirements are also gradually increasing.Reactive oxygen sterilization technology is simple,fast processing speed efficiency,non-selective,no secondary pollution,and other advantages show great potential in the development of small reactive oxygen sterilization device.Wherein the liquid mass transfer of reactive oxygen species is a key part of the overall equipment to run.As a jet pump can deliver quality,transmitting mechanical energy of the element can be used as a gas-liquid mixing and mass transfer equipment.It has a simple structure,easy installation and maintenance,safety and reliability and low operating cost advantages.In addition,the jet pump can be directly used as a negative pressure potential to generate power for its operation,low energy consumption.However,the jet pump in fluid mixing process also showed low utilization of energy,a serious shortage of energy loss,thus mixing inefficiency,restricts the ejector further application.To further promote the application of ozone water earlier,this paper devotes to the high concentration ROS water mass transfer,and achieved the following certain results:(1)Using venturi carry out the experiment of ROS dissolve characteristics,active oxygen effectively dissolving efficiency is 71.3%,the concentration of active oxygen water produced up to 2.12 mg/L.(2)Using the FLUENT software modeling the two-phase flow to obtain the best scope of the area ratio,the mouth and throat distance and diameter ratio.Among them,the best mouth and throat distance is 1.5d,the best area ratio in the range of 7.6 to 8.4;select the diameter ratio range of 3.8 to 4.2.(3)With the set of active oxygen water containing high concentrations of E.coli obtained by the design of the wastewater in the active oxygen concentration 1.68mg/L,treatment 5min,E.coli disinfection efficiency of 99.99%,substantially complete kill,has a high application value. |
