Study On DFDL Company LTL Freight System Optimization

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,it has provided a broad scope for the China’s logistics industry.The LTL freight transport as highway transportation as a flexible mode of transport,convenient,fully meet the requirements of business services,the smooth realization of goods transport "door to door" service.This paper is starting from the theory,combined with the domestic and foreign LTL freight present situation;proposed LTL cargo transportation system optimization may be optimized.This paper in order to find the problems and deficiency of LTL freight transportation system of DFDL Company,seek solutions and schemes for rationalization,which DFDL Company breakbulk cargo transport system was optimized,moving towards to the right track.The main research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:(1)Analysis of status and problems of DFDL Company of LTL freight system to find the problems in DFDL of LTL freight system,factors which restrict the development,and then clear the direction of optimization.(2)In order to improve DFDL Company LTL cargo transportation system,we use the application of the theories and methods of logistics planning and optimization management on the system optimization.This part of content applies process management,system analysis method of optimization of logistics management of LTL transportation system,to determine the optimal direction,decompose system composition and process optimization.(3)This paper focus on composition of DFDL Company of LTL transportation system research,and intents to prepare the process optimization and analyze the production index.This part mainly use the quality management,cost management,management science and other related logistics management tools to optimize the management of LTL transportation system.This paper mainly from the development history of LTL freight of goods of DFDL Company,form of LTL freight transportation system,to study several of the company’s operation and management,from which it can be more clear understanding of the status and shortcomings,and then find ways to improve the optimization and technology system,promoting the overall development of LTL freight transportation system and obtained a certain targeted and conclusions.This study can hope to logistics management theory in LTL transportation system construction aspect to get some inspiration.
