Research On The Software Project Risk Management Of Vehicle Navigation Data Conversion

With the rapid development of network and communication technology,the uncertain events of the software project are more and more,the project risk is also growing.software products is delivered within the prescribed period of time has the very close relationship that project schedule plan is reasonable or not,and the risk management of the project activities are effective or not.The continuous development of software technology,and the increasing of software quantity,and the increasing of the complexity of software,the constantly improve of the product requirement about customer,brings in a huge risk of software enterprises.Software project success or not will directly affect the company's survival,it should be more difficult for software enterprises.One is the business needs are more complex,the expect of people on the software quality and the expectation is greatly improved,the requirements of people are more and more critical.On the other hand,the development costs continue reducing,in this situation,risk management has become the key to the success of software projects.On software project risk management research status at home and abroad,This article reviews and analyzes some classical theories and models of software project risk management.According to the shortcomings of the classical model,from the perspective of the system,puts forward the comprehensive system model of software project risk management.The model will Combination risk knowledge base,risk management verification and risk management process,making the process of risk management of rule-based,risk management experience to obtain the effective inheritance.Then,in the framework of modified model of risk management process are improved and optimized.First of all,based on WBS,the paper puts forward three dimensional risk identification model in software project life cycle.The model emphasizes summary,classification,knowledge base about the software project risk,using a knowledge base to guide risk identification of the future projects.Secondly,according to the content of risk evaluation the angle of risk corresponding improvement is made,the controllable factor risk as an important index to measure the size of the risk,and combined with the Delphy method evaluate the risks.Finally,the paper also formulated the process of risk action plan was optimized,and summarizes some common software project risk response measures.On risk management practice case of the actual software project,the paper describes the application of risk management model of concrete,verify the management system,make a new attempt and exploration for the risk management of domestic similar projects.
