Improvement And Implementation Strategy Of The Time-based Maintenance In Baosteel Power Plant

Power plant maintenance is important guarantee for the statement and reliability of the equipments,also as the basis for the power plant to create economic benefits.The traditional maintenance method for power plant is the Time-Based Maintenance(TBM)and Breakdown Maintenance(BM),with problems such as over-repair or less-repair.It is very impossible to cause the waste of manpower,material or financial.Condition Based Maintenance(CBM),based on Monitoring and diagnosis,has more advantage.But CBM is difficult to put into full implementation at the right moment.After the study of theory and the analysis on status,according to the problems and difficulties of the TBM in Baosteel Power Plant,this thesis proposes the establishment of building a maintenance standardization system,which involves the general requirements,preparation,process management,summary and assessment.The application of Maintenance File Package is given a detailed interpretation.Baosteel Power Plant has to take out a pectination and classification of equipments for CBM based on TBM.And maintenance standards must be improved and optimized.The organization and function of the plant maintenance also needs improvement.This thesis gives out the implementing definition on the plan determining,condition projects,process control and process adjustment.Risk under the power plant CBM is also comprehensive analyzed,with the improvement of the control strategy.Through the research for improvement and implementation strategy of the Time-Based Maintenance in Baosteel Power Plant,under the current condition,it is more realistic solution to carry out CBM on major equipment,combined with TBM,and to improve the process control of TBM.It is viable to improve the TBM in Baosteel Power Plant,based on the foundation of the maintenance standardization system,the flexible using of Maintenance File Package,effective organization,as also as the effective process control and adjustment.
