Power Plant Equipment Maintenance Business Process Optimization Based On BRP-ACM Model

One of the most significant contents in the maintenance management for electric power enterprises is the business process of maintenance for the equipment in the power plant, of which the optimization helps to improve the level the maintenance management. As the research object in this paper, the optimization of the business process of maintenance has been studied deeply combined with the actual situation in the field. The essence of the business process of maintenance has been reviewed and the demand analysis of it has been made. After that, the BPR-ACM model in the maintenance theory which is based on business process restructuring and with the availability as the center has been proposed with the details of the implementation steps and methods. Finally, the complete application about the BPR-ACM model can be seen in the cases of dealing with maintenance scheme and optimization of business process in fault treatment.
