| In this paper,described the on-board Diagnostic system(OBD)origin and development.Exploration of the monitoring content and the remote diagnosis based on cloud computer technology to do the OBD III.Study the ECE(Economic Commission for Europe)and EPA(Environmental Protection Agency,US)standards,and design the Beijing 6 stage of the OBD.Research the ECE and EPA emission standards,and compare the test cycle.Based on the current diesel engine emissions technology solutions,to design the Beijing 6 stage of OBD.In the ECE R49.06,introduction the PEMS(Portable Emission Measurement System).Based on the PEMS method,in this paper,described the calculate method for NO_x emission by NO_x sensor and used on the OBD performance monitoring for SCR system.The emission regulations of China 3 to 5 formulation refer to the ECE regulations.But,the test cycle is misfit China’s vehicle on actual operation condition,especially the bus.In this paper,study the cycle and design the OBD monitor methods for China city bus.Based on the research,design the after-treatment controller unit(ACU)for the diesel’s SCR and DPF.And develop the OBD strategy for Beijing 6 stage. |
