This paper took the vehicle star-stop energy conservation application of electronically controlled variable plunger pump as background and proposed a new pump used in engineering vehicles.The design of the pump is a secondary component which can not only provide the usual driving force,but also reuse the excess kinetic energy in the process of starting and stopping the vehicle.Based on the study of the principle of hydraulic realization in the energy-saving system for vehicle start-stop,this paper carried out the simulation research under the AMESim environment of thepump,especially on its displacement control mode and constant torque control mode.Finally,through the experimental verification,it was proved that the proposed scheme conforms to the basic requirement of the electronic control variable piston pump in the vehicle start-stop energy-saving system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In chapter one,this paper introduced the principle of hydraulic energy storage energy recovery system and the current research situation at home and abroad.In view of its working requirements for hydraulic pump and motor,the content of this topic and its significance are put forward.In chapter two,on the basis of the principle of conventional electronically controlled variable displacement piston pump,the compound control type variable displacement plunger pump program was reconstructed by the secondary regulation principle according to the project requirements,and its various working conditions were analyzed and discussed.In chapter three,the simulation model of the pump system was established in AMESim environment and was simulated with the pump control module in Simulink environment by the joint simulation interface.Emphasis was put on the displacement control and constant torque control mode which can provide reference and recommendations for the control of vehicle star-stop.In chapter four,the design of the angle sensor for measuring the swash plate angle of the variable displacement piston pump was carried out.An improved scheme was proposed to replace the angle sensor with the Hall angle sensor.The proportional force characteristic of the proportional solenoid of the servo proportional valve was optimized to improve the response speed.In chapter five,the displacement control and constant torque control performance of the piston pump were verified experimentally.In chapter six,based on the pump model,the energy recovery efficiency and related factors of the vehicle start-stop system are simulated and analyzed.In chapter seven,the main work of the paper was summarized and some suggestions for further research were given.
