Updating Design Of Aged Housing In Hangzhou On The Theory Of Family Life Circle

At present,our country has become an aging society with an obvious character of"aging without preparation",and the problem of providing residence for the old is becoming increasingly serious.Housing is the biggest basic consumer good in people's life since most of the families can't easily change their housing because of their economic level.It is therefore of tremendously practical and economic significance for us to study the updating and design of the current houses for the purpose of making them more suitable for the old.This research treats updated design of the aged who have housing in Hangzhou as the starting point,combines theory of family life circle,and puts forward the possibility of housing suitable for family life circle.First,it carries out relevant research of the aged who have housing in Hangzhou and the demand people.It applies SPSS software to carry out cluster analysis of researched data,and concludes four living crowds and four types of demand;second,on the foundation of four housing demands,while combining the theory of family life circle,the research puts forward updating measures for the aged that have housing with living functions and spaces in Hangzhou,and it concludes combined scheme of menu-like updating design;third,through the methods of questionnaire and field tests,it has an understanding of usage condition and demand of public architecture space,and puts forward design method of public architecture space;at last,on the foundation of updated measures for the aged with architecture,living space and public space concluded above,it selects the most representative ones in Hangzhou to carry out simulated design and verifies rationality mentioned before.This research analyzes and concludes people with existed housing and their demands from a comprehensive way,and puts forward updated strategies for the aged to provide some reference for updated design of the aged.
