The meridian theory is the significant theory of Chinese medicine.The human body is integrated by meridians through the way of "linking to internal viscus,contacting to external limbs".The body's physiology is reflected in meridians by electrical characteristics too.However,in present diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medicine including the acupuncture and the moxibustion,meridian acupoints mainly rely on doctors' clinical experience,which is lacking of theoretical basis for the accurate science.In the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,it is not rigorous and accurate that meridians are often described by location marking on the human body model.Therefore,a data acquisition and 3D positioning system can not only use to help doctors to find the acupoint of human body to improve the diagnosis of TCM effect,but also provide a research platform for learning of TCM theory such as meridian and acupuncture.With the combination of the low impedance electrical characteristics of meridians and the application of the electronic technology,This thesis provides a new method of real-time display meridians to measure and draw accurate locations of the meridian on the body surface.The system mainly consists of three parts:the skin meridians impedance detection module,the meridian points of the 3D coordinates extraction module and the meridian line of visual display module.The skin meridians impedance detection module is used for measurement and extraction of the meridian point according to low impedance characteristics of meridian point;the meridian points of the 3D coordinates extraction module is responsible for extraction of 3D coordinate information of meridian point;the meridian line of visual display module combines 3D coordinate obtained by 3D positioning module with impedance information extracted by meridian point impedance detection module to complete drawing meridians.The meridian impedance detector mainly consists of the signal generator,the current source controlled by voltage,the amplifier circuit,the amplitude detection circuit and the A/D circuit etc.The software includes data acquisition based MP425 and data matching of the PC.Programs adopting the idea of modular design are accomplished on the Visual Studio 2008 platform.According to the design,The 32-channel meridian detector adopting four electrode technique and current excitation has been developed in the laboratory.Basically,measurement precision and real-time of the meridian detector meet the requirements of experimental research.This thesis focuses on the optimum design of power module,filtering module,detector's interference suppression and serial synchronization matching communication of terminal in multi-channel impedance detector of visualization system.And the optimized system has been tested,which confirmed that the optimized system has improved the measurement accuracy and real-time performance.The thesis also briefly introduces whole meridian visualization system.
