With the continuous development of the automotive industry,the number of global cars rising,the traditional car to bring global warming,air pollution,resource and energy shortage and other issues increasingly severe.New energy vehicles for its good environmental protection,low noise,recyclable energy and more to solve the problem of alternative energy vehicles have been considerable development,and motor drive control system is one of the key technologies for the development of new energy vehicles,and it is of great significance to study it..Permanent magnet synchronous motor due to high efficiency,high power density and other advantages in the new energy vehicles are widely used.Therefore,the paper uses permanent magnet synchronous motor as the object.Firstly,chooses to establish the mathematical model of motor in d-q synchronous rotating coordinate system.And the variable exponential approximation law sliding mode control strategy is improved.Use saturated function instead of symbolic function to weaken the sliding mode variable structure control.In order to solve the controller to introduce the integral link caused by the lag problem,to use method of multiplying the signal after the integral link with the saturation function,improving the response speed of the system and its stability.Secondly,in order to test the effectiveness of the proposed sliding mode speed controller,carring out the simulation study of permanent magnet synchronous motor under low speed and high speed operation.When the new energy vehicles run at low speed,using sliding mode variable control strategy variable exponential approach law applied todi(28)0 speed control system,improving the low-speed operation of new energy vehicles when the anti-load disturbance capacity and to meet the output torque requirements of the operating conditions.When the new energy vehicles running at high speed,adopting the improved variable exponential approximation law sliding mode variable structure control strategy is combined with the weak field control strategy based on voltage feedback,widen the motor speed range and improve the new energy vehicles when the high-speed anti-load disturbance capacity.Finally,use TMS320F28335 DSP as the core processing unit.Based on the PM450CLA060 IPM intelligent power module,designing the IPM drive circuit,three-phase current sampling circuit of motor,DC bus voltage and bus current sampling circuit,position and speed detection circuit and other hardware circuit,as well as the preparation of some software functions.Make use of existing experimental conditions,debugging the PWM wave output and bus voltage sampling function.Simulation results show that the designed controller has good anti-jamming capability when load was changed,not only suitable for the new energy vehicles running at low speed output big torque,but also when the new energy vehicles running at high speed also has good operational stability.
