Permanent magnet synchronous motor robust control methods in recent years hasbecome the motor of sliding mode control, as a kind of robust control methods in robustcontrol of PM synchronous motor has a very important meaning. Modern control technologyand computer control technology for the development of sliding mode variable structurecontrol application provides a good opportunity. DSP and ASIC and the rapid development ofmodern control theory and technology improvement, the sliding mode control system in therealization of motor speed, position, current control, more excellent performance.Based on the summary and Research on the current control system of permanent magnetsynchronous motor and the theory of sliding mode variable structure control technique basedon the position error signal, and the nonlinear relationship between the sliding mode gain,research and design of a novel variable exponent reaching law of sliding mode variablestructure controller, and based on exponential reaching law sliding mode controller iscompared, in the big weaken the sliding mode chattering at the same time, to ensure that thecontrol system has strong robustness. In MATLAB/SIMULINK platform, respectively, tobuild a permanent magnet synchronous motor based on PI controller and a sliding modecontroller vector control system simulation model, the simulation results show that, thebuilding of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has goodperformance; comparing with the traditional PI controller, based on the sliding mode variablestructure controller of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, super overshoot,fast response speed, and motor parameter variations and external interference effect.In MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation based on TMS320F2812, with DSP as the core ofthe control system, adopts the IPM as the main circuit of inverter, to build a permanentmagnet synchronous motor vector control system hardware experiment platform, the platformis composed of a main circuit, driving circuit, a power circuit, a sampling circuit, systemdebugging simulator, DSP development board and controlled motor. The structures of thehardware experiment platform based on DSP, using C language to program theTMS320F2812chip to complete the permanent magnet synchronous motor V/F open loopcontrol system, sliding mode PI vector control system with current loop debugging. Thispaper presents the experimental results and waveform analysis, and the MATLAB/SIMULINK comparing with the simulation results, proved that the structures of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system with sliding mode PI hardwareplatform and the corresponding DSP TMS320F2812program is feasible.
