Dynamic load bearing because of its compact structure,can withstand heavy load and impact load,low cost and other advantages are widely used as the main engine and crankshaft bearings.In recent years,with the rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles in China,car engine performance continues to improve,the relevant environmental protection and engine emissions regulations gradually improved,the above factors on the dynamic load bearing design and manufacture of the engine of a higher demand.When the dynamic load bearing normal operation,the journal and shaft by the very thin oil film or water film separated,it can significantly reduce the friction and wear power consumption.Its lubrication has an important impact on friction.In this paper,the influencing factors of lubricating energy and the calculation of lubrication performance of dynamic load bearing are studied.In this paper,the progress of research on the lubrication property of dynamic bearing is summarized.On the basis of this,the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication related to the viscosity-temperature effect and surface roughness is analyzed,and the dynamic bearing lubrication is deduced and verified.Performance calculation model,and further study the numerical algorithm and program realization.The finite element method is used to analyze the oil film pressure,oil film thickness,viscosity temperature and surface roughness of the bearing.Finally,based on MATLAB software to develop a dynamic load bearing lubrication performance analysis software,and through a car engine main bearing lubrication performance analysis to complete the software availability and validity verification.The algorithm used in this paper is more reasonable and scientific than other algorithms,and it has the advantages of short computation time and high precision.The developed software can complete the calculation of the bearing performance of the dynamic load bearing,which can provide the important parameter basis for the optimized design of the bearing.
