Sliding bearing is a kind of important mechanical element that can support shaft parts and make relative sliding between bearing surfaces.The friction and wear of sliding bearing is the important factor that affects the life of bearing and the working efficiency of bearing.The effect of surface texture on the friction and wear of cylinder liner,piston ring,bearing and cutter is obvious.However,there are few researches on the friction and lubrication characteristics of sliding bearing that is affected by the circular micro-dimple texture of sliding bearing inner circle surface at present.On the basis of theoretical analysis and experimental verification,the friction and lubrication performance of hydrodynamic sliding bearing that includes the circular micro-dimple textured is deeply studied in this paper.This provides a new theoretical basis for the application and optimization design of hydrodynamic sliding bearing.Based on the hydrodynamic lubrication mechanism,establish the mathematical model of the hydrodynamic sliding bearing with circular micro-dimple texture.Derive the oil film thickness equation of circular micro-dimple textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing.Then discuss the application and boundary conditions of two dimensional Reynolds equations,and it is solved by finite difference method and relaxation iteration method.Besides,the partial differential equation and the solving of the regional grid is dispersed.Take the above theory as the foundation,calculate the solution of the mathematical model of the hydrodynamic sliding bearing with circular micro-dimple texture and analyze the result.Firstly,based on the MATALB platform,the solver programs of the oil film pressure,the bearing capacity and the friction force of the textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing are designed.In addition,the form and principle of the oil film thickness and pressure distribution about circular microdimple texture bearing are analyzed.Furthermore,the effects of texture distribution location,texture spacing,texture depth and the arrangement form on the oil film pressure distribution,bearing capacity and friction force of hydrodynamic sliding bearing are investigated.The results show that when texture is located in the pressure rise area,the hydrodynamic sliding bearing can get antifriction effect;the bearing pressure distribution is better when texture depth is 5~15?m;the friction of bearing can be mostly reduced by 8.1% compared to the non texture bearing;and the performances of the bearing load and antifriction are excellent when the spacing anddepth of texture is separately 200?m and 8?m,and texture is cross arrangement.Finally,study on the friction performance experiment of the circular microdimple textured hydrodynamic sliding bearing.Through using two kinds of materials,brass and bearing steel,six kinds of circular dimple texture specimens with different parameters are respectively prepared by the method of laser processing.And the friction and wear tests are carried out on the M-2000 friction and wear testing Machine.Finally,analyze the antifriction effect of different textured specimens.The experimental result illustrates that the antifriction effect of the multiple texture units is better than that of the single texture unit,for certain conditions,and the antifriction effect of specimens is different owing to the different arrangement forms of surface texture that have the same texture size and quantity.
