Space guided weapons have a huge threat of destruction,more and more countries pay more attention to its defense and anti-defense technology,but considering the impact of politics,economic and other factors,live-ammunition is greatly restricted,so it's very important to obtain a simulation method with high confidence,low cost and easy operation.In this thesis,I have studied the key technology of hardware-in-the-loop simulation,and designed a simulation system which is used for space guided weapons defense and anti-defense.The primary work of this thesis includes:Firstly,this thesis introduces the development of hardware-in-the-loop simulation and the penetration strategy of space guided weapon which is mostly used.The whole flight is divided into three stages:active phase,free-flight phase and reentry phase.I have analyzed the movement and force of the guided weapon which is studied and established its dynamic model.Take the bait strategy as an example to study the penetration strategy commonly used,and prove the bait strategy is effective by using an estimation equation.Secondly,the key technology of hardware-in-the-loop simulation is studied.This thesis starts with the overall design principles of HIL simulation system,and studies the data interface and real-time performance of the simulation system through practical demand,and designs a simulation flow which is feasible.Next,the error in the hard ware-in-the-loop simulation system is studied,this thesis analyzes the reasons of error and the impact of the system.Thirdly,the system software of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is developed,it includes two primary modules:dynamic-model software and simulation-control application software.This thesis establishes the YHSIM-language models based on YHSIM-workstation for dynamic equation.Next,this thesis introduces the development principle,architecture design and data flow of the upper computer application software of the simulation system.It designs a multi-mode simulation system through xml configuration file,the upper computer application is developed by using c++ language.The last part is the experimental validation section of this thesis.Firstly,the models of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system are simulated by MATLAB to verify the correctness of the models,if there is no errors,the YHSIM model and hardware which is used to be tested will be accessed to the hard ware-in-the-loop simulation system.The simulation results show that the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system can satisfy the requirements of the simulation task.On the basis of general Hardware-In-the-Loop technology,a kind of hard ware-in-the-loop simulation system with flexible configuration,high performance is designed for attacking and defense.It provides the basis to improve guidance algorithm and penetration strategy.In addition,this thesis designs a flexible simulation mode which is depended the software configuration and hardware signal conditioning,it can be useful for the equipment with multiple simulation mode.What's more,this simulation system can be applied to a similar model with only minor modifications,it eliminates the process of repeated development,and gives full play to the advantages of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.
