The solid oxide fuel cell-micro gas turbine(SOFC-MGT)hybrid power generation system is a kind of high efficiency and clean power generation technology,it has a very broad application prospect in distributed power generation.It is always full of challenge to search the SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system.In order to avoid the disadvantages of low precision and unclear dynamic characteristics caused by all-digital simulation and high experimental costs,it is an efficient way to research SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system by using the hardware-in-the-loop simulation technique.As a part of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system of SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation,the characteristics of the micro gas turbine have an important influence on the whole hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.In this paper,the following aspects are done in for the hardware-in-loop simulation system of SOFC-MGT:(1).A remote data acquisition and real-time monitoring system for micro gas turbines is established.Based on MODBUS communication protocol,a data acquisition client of micro gas turbine is developed under VC++6.0 development environment.On the basis of the data acquisition client,the remote transmission of the data is designed and realized,and the remote real-time monitoring system of the micro gas turbine is established under the LabVIEW development environment.(2).A steady state simulation model of micro gas turbine is established.Based on the component characteristic equation and considering the physical variability of the gas turbine,a steady-state simulation model of the micro gas turbine is established.The simulation results show that the steady-state model has good simulation accuracy.(3).A dynamic simulation model of micro gas turbine is established.Based on the working characteristic diagram of compressor and turbine,a dynamic simulation model of micro gas turbine under all working conditions is established.(4).Based on the dynamic simulation model of micro gas turbine,the start-up process,the process of lifting / reducing load,the process of ambient temperature disturbance and the flow disturbance process of the compressor are simulated and analyzed.The research of this paper provides technical support for the construction of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system,and lays a foundation for further research on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation of SOFC-MGT hybrid power generation system.
