With the rapid development of economy and accelerating urbanization process in our country,the demand for sand increases rapidly.Because of the lack of awareness on the dangers of sea sand structures,sea sand is used in a large number of structures in coastal areas,which may cause great potential safety hazard.Through the field investigation,an comparative research of technical data,the analysis of the engineering application method,the paper carries on the analysis to the construction of marine sand corrosion phenomenon and puts forward controlling measures.This thesis has its project background from the disastrous consequences of sea sand house produced at home and abroad.According to sea sand architecture research in a island and the corrosion mechanism of sea sand concrete reinforcement,the technical measures and policies and measures to solve the problem of sea sand house are put forward.The advantages and disadvantages of reconstruction and maintenance of sea sand house are analyzed,to provide reference for the rational use of sea sand.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The research achievements and application status of sea sand concrete are presented.(2)By the investigation of sea sand structures in XX Island,the results are concluded as follows:the different degree of reinforcement corrosion and concrete cracks are found in the sea sand buildings of more than 10 years,and the longer that the more severe;the reinforcement corrosion phenomenon in the parts of the house which access to water easily is more serious than others;the reinforcement corrosion phenomenon in the house nearer to the coastline is more serious than others.(3)The composition and characteristics of sea sand is analyzed,and the chloride ion corrosion mechanism and corrosion process of electrochemical reaction principle which causes reinforcement corrosion is presented.(4)Combined with the related research and investigation results,some scientific and reasonable suggestions on the use of sea sand,improvement of the durability and steel corrosion prevention of sea sand structures are put forward.(5)From the comparison of two kinds of disposal scheme for a sea sand house of 20 years age,it is concluded that the reinforcement scheme is superior to the rebuild scheme in the time,economic and social benefits,but Inferior in the construction requirements in durable years.Based on the above research,I hope to improve the local government and the public to understand the harm of marine sand house,which provides theoretical basis for reasonable use of the existing marine sand house,and the construction of new marine sand house",also for supplying suggestions for the timely elimination of security risks of marine sand house for the local.
