| High flash point jet fuel is widely used as the fuel for carrier-based aircraft,and its safety is very important for carrier-based aircraft and warships.In order to understand and master the high flash point jet fuel combustion and explosion performance,suppression of combustion and explosion and improve the safety of high flash point jet fuel in the process of storage and use.this paper focuses on studying the explosion suppression high flash point jet fuel which is prepared by adding different proportion of explosion suppressant to high flash point jet fuel.Its main physical-chemical characteristics,constraints of the explosion and atomization characteristics are researched.And,the minimum ignition energy of the vapor is measured.Then,the explosion suppression effect of the explosion-proof material filled in the fuel supply unit with high flash point fuel is obtained through static explosion experiment.Finally,the soft-floating roof technology and the fire-extinguishing technology with hollow-covered ball are studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The flash point of the explosion-proof high flash point jet fuel with 2000ppm,4000ppm and 5000ppm explosion suppressant are all higher than 60?,which meets the specification requirement;The content of the explosion suppressant has little effect on the surface tension and distillation range of the high flash point jet fuel;Explosion suppressant will greatly increase the viscosity of high flash point jet fuel also lead to increased resin which can be reduced to meet the specifications requirements when it is washed by n-heptane.(2)The vapor concentration of high flash point jet fuel has "U-shaped" curve relationship with its minimum ignition energy.Its sensitive vapor concentration is 3.18%;The minimum ignition energy corresponding to this concentration is the lowest,which is 9.08mJ.(3)When the content of explosion suppressant in high flash point jet fuel is in the range of 0-5000ppm,the explosion suppression effect of explosion-suppression high flash point jet fuel is better with the increase of content of explosion suppressant.(4)Filling high flash point jet fuel supply unit with sphere explosion-proof material can play a good explosion suppression effect to prevent "secondary explosion" when the fuel supply unit is detonated by shell.(5)The hollow covering ball with diameter of 38mm has good inhibition of the evaporation effect.The pool fire of high flash point jet fuel can be extinguished quickly by this kind ball. |
