As an important part of railway industry,the diesel locomotive has great power and strong adaptability,which plays an indispensable role in the railway transportation.The communication network of the diesel locomotive is the core part of the information transmission.It can connect all the systems on the locomotive as a whole,so as to realize the control,detection and diagnosis of the locomotive.Its reliability and real time performance are very important to the locomotive.If the communication system fails,it will lead to confusion of the whole information interaction,which will have a serious impact on the operation of the locomotive.This paper is based on the project of"HXN5 diesel locomotive network card optimization",taking the HXN5 diesel locomotive as the research object.We focus on the analysis of the working mechanism of the network communication system,and the reliability and real-time performance of the locomotive communication network.In order to solve the problems that occur easily in the locomotive communication network,we also propose a new algorithm for the reconstruction of the transmission line signal,and establish a network communication test platform to verify it.The main research contents include:First of all,the fault data of network communication system in the HXN5 diesel locomotive is analyzed,and the transmission fault is considered as the breakthrough point.Moreover,the causes and phenomena of the fault are analyzed.Next,according to the fault mechanism of transmission line,a new algorithm of dynamic signal distortion detection and reconstruction is proposed.It can be used to monitor the quality of the signal on the transmission line in real time,and to repair the signal,which can effectively reduce the occurrence of such faults,and record the operation of the algorithm.This provides the basis for maintenance personnel,thereby improving the efficiency of maintenance.Finally,the FPGA is used to achieve the reception and transmission of the Manchester code in the network,CRC calibration and dynamic signal distortion detection and reconstruction algorithm,and the simulation experiment is carried out.On this basis,according to the communication level of Arcnet network protocol,the network analysis platform is established.The ARM microcontroller equipped with the embedded operating system C/OS-Ⅱ is used to verify the independent research and development of the Arcnet card.According to the MTBF theory,the reliability experiment is designed,and the reliability of the self-developed network platform is analyzed.The processing speed of the equipment is calculated and compared with the real time requirement of Arcnet Fieldbus.The results show that the new algorithm can not only satisfy the communication requirement of locomotive control application,but also provide support for fault analysis and maintenance of the diesel engine by recording the signal quality of the transmission line.It has important practical significance.
