The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent LED Light Based On Mobile APP Control

Because of its high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and other advantages,LED lighting is gradually replacing the traditional incandescent lighting and fluorescent lighting,besides,with the improvement of living standards,people's requirements for home lighting are,they not only require the traditional fixed brightness lighting,but also pursue this lighting method with the functions of changing brightness,adjusting color temperature and timing,therefore,it can be believed that intelligent LED lighting will develop rapidly.In China,the smart phone has been very popular,it provides people with great convenience in daily life,and smart phones based on iOS system and Android system account for about 99% of the mobile phone market share,whitch makes it very significant to develop an intelligent LED light based on above systems.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of intelligent LED light system,and analyzes the status of LED and lighting control system and the development trend of LED lighting control system.Secondly,the overall architecture of the intelligent LED light based on mobile phone APP control is expounded.Considering the factors of low cost,small size and low power consumption,the paper has determined an overall scheme where 8-bit MCU is the microcontroller chip,Buck circuit is the power topology,i OS and Android system are the application's platforms and Bluetooth 4.0 is the communication protocol.Next,the specific hardware system design of intelligent LED light is introduced,including th power supply circuit,the LED driver circuit with WS9442 P as control chip,STM8S003K3 MCU circuit,bluetooth module and LED light board circuit.Then it introduces the software system of intelligent LED light,it analyzes the process of iOS application interface design and iOS Bluetooth communication design,analyzes the process of Android application interface design and Android Bluetooth communication design,and describes the main program flow,data processing flow and the algorithm of brightness and color temperature adjustment in detail.Finally,the intelligent LED light system based on mobile phone APP control has been designed and tested.The test results show that the system has realized all the expected functions.Applications based on both iOS-side and Android-side can control intelligent LED lights,to achieve brightness adjustment,the color temperature adjustment and multi-form timing.The maximum power of the intelligent LED light is 23.894 w.When the input voltage changes in the range of 180V-260 V,the error rate of the intelligent LED light is below 3.7%.This intelligent LED light system has a good reference function to indoor intelligent lighting in the future.
