The intelligent household LED lighting control market prospects in our country has become increasingly broad at present,and the related products are also gradually tend to be more reasonable and practical.Android smartphones, with strong extensibility and open-source,is in the continuously rapid development,and have a variety of control functions,and The bluetooth has the advantages of low cost, low power consumption,low complexity and stable system, therefore developing intelligent led lighting control products based on android system has a very broad market prospects.Therefore, an LED lighting control system base on Android mobile phone and bluetooth wireless communication technology is proposed.The LED lighting control system consists of Android client software and the LED lighting control terminal. The Android mobile phone use to be the system control terminal, through install the client software.Light control terminal consist of bluetooth module, a microcontroller and associated circuits,is the most fundamental part of LED lighting control system.Use interactive interface of Android light control system to accomplish LED dominatation via bluetooth.The Light control terminal provides with the function of bluetooth communication and pulse width modulation. The design of hardware consists of interface circuits between MCU and bluetooth module, power circuits and LED drive circuit. The hardware system uses ATK-HC05 bluetooth module and ATmega48 MCU as the hardware platform, and realize the communication between the bluetooth module and Android system by AVR programming.The bluetooth module can receive commands from Android lamp control system to accomplish the function of LED control via socket.The LED dimming output part adopts LED drive chip TLC5940 to control the brightness and colors of the LED lights by receiving the control command.And software part consists of MCU serial communication unit, bluetooth communication unit, Data processing unit, LED light output unit.The Android client software is based on the eclipse platform, includes the design bluetooth connection management and lighting color and brightness control, the bluetooth API operations, and Switch and seekbar Settings.Finally, test the main performance on LED lighting control system and then analyze and summarize the test results.The system as a whole achieved switch control, brightness and color control function through the Android mobile client for LED lighting. It realizes the goal of the study design, and has certain reference significance in the Android client development and LED lighting system design.
