With the rapid growth of the quantity of city private cars and the deterioration of city traffic conditions, road traffic accidents happens more frequently, the pressure of emergency rescue is heavier because of the problems that alarm is not timely and traffic jams. And the traffic accident rescue system existing in our country is relatively weak, in the process of accident rescue, the problems, traffic jams and asking for help not timely, may reduce the efficiency of emergency rescue, delay the rescue time of the wounded and cause a greater loss of property.Intelligent transportation system is more and more widely applied in the field of current urban traffic, it upgrades the urban transportation infrastructure according to the characteristics of the city, and with the computer technology, networking technology, GIS technology and intelligent control technology have become more sophisticated, the establishment and improvement of road traffic accident rescue system is a technical problem to be solved currently, and also is an important task to solve the urban road emergency rescue problem. This thesis studies the rescue mission organization strategy of the traditional accident rescue auxiliary system by using the theory of multiple Agent, makes the operability of the urban road traffic emergency rescue hardware system improved, and applies and optimizes the contract net strategy in emergency rescue strategy, which makes the auxiliary rescue process controllable and high efficiency. The main content of this thesis is as follows:(1) The current accident alarm system is mainly rely on traditional telephone or video surveillance, as we know clearly that the alarm information acquisition is the shortage of the emergency rescue system, the paper makes a proposal to use the mature networking system to develop the classic single-chip, builds a hardware system of the road traffic accident emergency rescue auxiliary system to provide technical support for the construction of the system.(2) Software decision-making stage mainly adopts the task negotiation theory of multi-Agent, according to the analysis on the multi-Agent theory, puts forward the constructing methods of the BDI model of vehicle Agent, establishes multi-Agent emergency rescue model, and introduce the contract net strategy, which converses a complex emergency rescue problem to an assignment problem of the on site rescue mission which takes the accident point as the reference.(3) The algorithm for task assignment based on contract net takes different rescue organization measures according to the different types of rescue tasks, the on site rescue algorithm were established partly based on the contract net, at the same time, the contract net was optimized by dynamic interpolation, the contract net algorithm based on optimized dynamic adjustment is proposed to deal with the emergency of accident emergency rescue. Combined with experiments, the optimized model is simulated, and compared with the traditional way of emergency rescue of road traffic accident, the effectiveness of the auxiliary system is proved, that is the paper can play a complementary role in traditional way of traffic accident rescue.
