Intelligent Design Of Simulation Control Panel For Oil Purifier

As a crew training equipment,the Marine Simulator has been widely used in the navigational colleges and the crew training institutions.The use of marine simulators for crew training can avoid the shortcomings of high cost,time-consuming and high risk of real ship training.DMS is regarded as the most representative series simulator in China.Its oil purifier simulator still take EPC50 as simulation object,which is behind ship market.And the simulation control panel of oil purifier doesnot have In Application Programming function,which makes the subsequent maintenance and upgrades are very tedious.And sometimes,professional staffs are required to reach the scene.Oil purifier simulator is an important component of marine engine simulator,which plays an important role in crew training and teaching.In view of the above problems,this article takes the STM32F103RCT6 embedded microprocessor of Cortex-M3 architecture as the MCU and the embedded UCOSIII operating system as the software design platform and the ALFALFA EPC60 oil purifier controller as the simulate object to design the intelligentized simulate control panel for oil purifier.This article mainly completes the software and hardware design of the simulation control panel of the ship oil purifier.Using C#programming language to write a software which hanve IAP founction based on the Ethernet.The hardware circuit and the PCB layout of the oil purifier simulation control panel are all done in Altium Designer 14.According to the functional requirements of the simulate control panel of the oil purifier,the hardware circuit design mainly includes Ethernet communication,LCD display,LED indicator display and key input.The embedded program of oil purifier simulation control panel are written with C language on the KEIL platform and downloaded to the STM32 MCU to run.In order to realize the IAP function,this article has also compiled the bootloader program for programming the APP program after realizing the APP program of the simulation control panel function of the oil purifier.A software which is used to download embedded program to STM32 based on PC and achieve intelligent design of the oil purifier simulation control panel is edited with C#luangage.The software can also automatically download the latest program to the local PC or specified MCU.The intelligent design of the oil purifier simulation control panel has realized the simulation of EPC60,which is the latest oil purifier controller of ALFALFA oil purifier system.It has a certain impetus to the design of the oil purifier simulator.And it realizes the IAP function based on Internet which has certain reference significance of the design of automatic updating and cluster management.
