Profile is more and more widely used as a building material with its superior performance of rigidity,corrosion resistance,anti-aging.The production process of profile requires a lot of manpower to complete,especially the contours of the packaging process,the current manufacturers are mainly rely on human power to complete the placement,bagging,strapping and palletizing work of the profile,which cause workers labor intensity,high cost and low efficiency.Profile automatic packaging machine operate the packaging operations from the production line directly,significantly reducing the labor intensity of workers,reducing labor costs,the advantages are particularly prominent for mass production.In addition,the profile automatic packaging machine reduce the artificial participation of packaging process and bare transport of the profile,which is of great significance to reduce the safety accidents and profile surface damage in the case of unpackaged.In order to fully understand the status and development of packaging machinery at home and abroad,a large number of access to various types of domestic and foreign packaging machine structural design of the literature.Through field visits,to understand the production situation of profile,make the work requirements of packaging machine clear.Through the analysis of artificial packaging process,to meet the functional requirements of the packaging machine,study the packaging process,analyze the characteristics of each packaging operation,to determine the required structural programs to realize profiled profile flip,placed,bagging,bundling and palletizing.In order to improve the design efficiency,the digital design method is adopted to complete the structural design of the module,such as flip-over,laying,bagging and palletizing,according to the definite structure scheme,and establish the three-dimensional structural model through UG to shorten the development cycle.In order to ensure the precise transmission both between the modules and inside the module,the transmission system of the packaging machine is designed to select the appropriate actuator.In order to test the mechanical properties of the designed structure,ANSYS Workbench14.0 was used to analyze the key components of the automatic packaging machine.According to the design and manufacture of prototype debugging,long-term uninterrupted operation,inspection packaging effect to improve the problems and complete the research and development of profile automatic packaging machine.The profile automatic packaging machine developed in this project has been put into use in a number of factories and it can fully meet the production needs in work efficiency and packaging effects,the results of this project have also inspired the packaging of other materials.
