Research On Automatic Dimensioning Method And System Development Based On Tire Tread Pattern

An automatic annotation method for wheel pattern engineering drawing is proposed for traditional CAD software fails to accomplish the automatic annotation method and defects due to human-computer interaction including low efficiency,heavy workload and poor standardization.The specific content is as follows:(1)To study the annotation examples for pattern engineering drawing,summarize the annotation category,determine the automatic annotation method.It analyzes the annotation method for CATIA pattern engineering drawing based on the project cooperated company and international standard examples,determines the annotation method and distribution pattern;it also investigates the automatic generation,size automatic annotation,size auto placement of pattern engineering drawing as well as the generation of pattern sectional view and size automatic annotation.(2)To determine the automatic annotation method for pattern engineering drawing.It conducts preprocessing for basic information,constructs annotation rule base;acquires similarity-based principle annotation pixel information;realizes automatic annotation based on the algorithms.(3)To plan the distribution of annotation information for engineering drawing.It firstly studies the distribution mode of graphic curve information of wheel pattern engineering drawing,constructs coupled bitmap image grid model;then it establishes layout placement mode of longitudinal dimension line,search constrained optimization layout mode of arc and lateral dimension line section;finally,it examines the layout validity based on the data base of bitmap image grid model.(4)To study the generation and automatic annotation of pattern sectional view.It develops the automatic generation of sectional view,and studies the pattern slot,realizes verification of annotation in sectional view by applying similarity algorithm.(5)System development and model verification.With CATIA/CAA as development platform,it develops size automatic annotation system for pattern engineering drawing,verifies system automatic annotation and distribution pattern.
