Dynamic analysis and optimization is an important part of the design of refrigeration equipment,which can influence the vibration,noise and reliability of the product.Because the reliability problem such as abnormal vibration,noise and pipeline fracture caused by unreasonable design of pipeline often happen,dynamic design and optimization of pipeline system is a challenging job.This paper studies on load identification and automatic layout of refrigeration equipment pipeline of the dynamic analysis and evaluation.Load identification of compressor under time-variant condition is the first requirement for analysis of air-conditioner's pipeline.It's very difficult to identify the air conditioner's rotor compressor excitation loads under time-variant condition.By measuring the acceleration response of exhaust and suction ports under time-variant conditions of refrigeration equipment's rotor compressor,this paper obtained time-dependent acceleration responses of exhaust and suction ports and then formed an acceleration expected matrix.The virtual prototype model of household air conditioner's rotor compressor is built with the finite element method.Transfer function matrix is figured out by measuring the acceleration response of exhaust and suction ports when white noise loading is applied in refrigeration equipment's rotor compressor.Based on the vibration test results,excitation loads of rotary compressor under time-variant condition are identified by using reverse method,and the error is eliminated with iteration method.This method provides evidence for vibration analysis,reliability evaluation of compressor-pipe system and pipeline optimization.In general,traditional pipeline design method relies on the experience of engineers.The aimless design method greatly increases the cost and time of pipeline design.Based on the existing air conditioner pipeline design norms,this paper uses the secondary developing tool of Pro/TOOLKIT and parametric modeling method to study the key technology of automatic modeling compressor-pipe system.This paper introduces the framework of automatic pipeline arrangement program.Furthermore,each module's function,implementation principle and key code and so on are described in detail.The time and cost of the design of air conditioner pipeline is reduced,and the success rate is increased by applying this technology.This program establishes technological foundation for the further research of dynamical design and optimization of air conditioner pipeline.
