Construction industry has developed rapidly in China,every year a large number of new houses are build,the cast-in-situ concrete shear wall structure housing accounts for a significant proportion.The traditional cast-in-situ is site construction,which can cause resource depletion and a large number of construction waste emissions.Using prefabricated shear wall structure system,which can effectively improve construction efficiency,reduce the pollution to the environment,improve the quality of products,is the future development direction of construction industry in our country.Existing prefabricated shear wall structure on the vertical distribution reinforcement of the upper and lower prefabricated panel generally apply socket connection,indirect pulp anchor bar connection,etc.Problems of engineering application are complexed technology of construction,high cost,low precision of component production,the quality of product cannot be detected,etc.In order to solve these problems,the prefabricated shear wall alveolar type connection mode was put forward and the experimental study was carried out on it.The results showed that the alveolar type connection of the prefabricated shear wall was similar to the cast-in-situ wall defected mode,and had a good seismic performance and carrying capacity.For further study on the shear capacity and the analysis of the shear mechanism,this paper based on 8 pieces of alveolar type connection node specimens whose shear span ratio is 0.5 to study their shear behavior.The sizes of the 8 alveolar type connection shearing specimens are the same,including 2 total alveolar type specimens,3 total alveolar type specimens with embedded columns,3 part alveolar type specimens with embedded columns.The test researched the influence of axial compression ratio,embedded column,alveolar geometric feature and other factors on shear behavior of those shear wall specimens.The analysis shows that the failure process of the alveolar type connection node specimens varies according to its axial compression ratio,axial compression ratio of the larger specimen,the crack propagation is given priority to with diagonal direction of diagonal crack;Axial compression ratio of the small specimens,give priority to with tooth groove joint parts level crack;Moderate axial compression ratio of specimen with the above two properties.Combining with the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper qualitatively analyzes the different shear mechanism of the damage process of specimens and puts forward the alveolar type connection node specimens formula to calculate the shearing resistance.
