| With the fast development of China’s market-oriented economy,the holding volume of motor vehicles in cities is continuous growing.To fit the growth of traffic demand and alleviate city congestion,all kinds of construction projects of transportation infrastructure have been promoted and developed vigorously.However,in the process of construction,there are some road resources could be occupied.Especially when many road resources were occupied in construction or construction position was in vital communication line,it easily causes a large area of traffic congestion or tie-up if the road network was not organized effectively.This paper set road network in occupying-road construction in arterial road as studying object and aim at decreasing the degree of congestion in arterial road,increasing the utilization rate of access road.The reasonability of prohibition and restriction management in the road network is judged by these targets.At first,the paper states the constitution of control area of road occupied construction,analyzes the traffic characteristics of people,vehicles,roads and safety.Then the study demarcates the parameters in BPR function according to Greenshields model and Greenberg model,constructs the impedance function more suitable for traffic assignment and OD matrix estimation in occupying-road construction network.For the algorithm of OD matrix estimation,this study chooses bi-level programming model combined with generalized least squares and incremental loading method.The model is solved by genetic algorithm and obtains the initial OD matrix in road network based on the traffic volume in road section and prior OD matrix.Meanwhile,this paper takes the road traffic volume assigned through road network OD matrix as important basis for evaluating the traffic condition,and embodies different prohibition and restriction management methods especially turning restriction in static assignment through changing the weight matrix,road capacity matrix and impedance function.Then the optimization is evaluated by before and after contrast when implementing the prohibited and restriction management in the example.The comparison gives the usability condition of the prohibited and restriction management. |
