With the development of urbanization, the requirement of transportation hardware facilities is increasing day by day.Subway has emerged as the times require in various large and medium-sized cities because of its convenience,high-speed and high-speed.Subway construction is a time-consuming and complicated underground development project.During the period of subway construction, the ground traffic line is often occupied, which brings about different degree of influence to the ground traffic.By means of theoretical analysis, field investigation and software simulation, this paper studies the concrete influence of subway busy road construction on road traffic, and seeks scientific solutions to optimize the traffic organization scheme. At the same time, the traffic simulation is carried out by using Vissim software, combined with the simulation number.According to draw a conclusion. In order to carry out traffic organization reasonably under the background of subway traffic construction, the influence of road occupation construction on urban traffic will be minimized.Taking the construction of Xuzhou Metro Line 3 as an example, during the construction of Line 3,the block construction was carried out at the intersection of Jiefang South Road and Jinshan East Road.Through the practice investigation, the traffic capacity and service level of the construction affected area at the intersection are analyzed, and the traffic organization scheme during construction is evaluated and optimized. And through the Vissim microscopic traffic simulation software to verify the feasibility of the optimized scheme. To achieve the purpose of reasonable traffic organization at the intersection to reduce the impact of busy roads.
