The thesis,based on the main bridge project of Ganbatang bridge in Panzhihua,takes construction control of 4-span continuous variable cross-section box beam in the section of its main bridge and tracks each construction link to achieve the completed bridge geometric shape and structure internal force.Combining construction control with the experience drew from the construction site,finally I come to the following conclusions:(1)In the construction of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges with cantilever construction method,due to the influence of elastic modulus,bulk density,the shrinkage,creep coefficient of concrete and temperature change on the structure,the bridge structure’s actual measurement value in each construction stage will deviate the design value.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality and quantity of construction results,construction control is particularly important.(2)According to the analysis of the stress and deflection of the structure in each construction stage,the measured stress deflection and the theoretical calculation value are in the allowable error range,which can satisfy the design requirements.Therefore,the structural alignment and internal force of Ganbatang bridge is in line with the design requirements and can satisfy the requirements of operation.(3)The construction control of large-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge should be controlled in the aspects of stress control and linear control.And linear control is first,stress control is second.(4)Through the construction control of Ganbatang bridge,I have gotten a lot of useful experience to understand and grasp the structural behavior of this type of bridge.
