With the continuous application of Internet technology and smart home to all aspects of people's lives,for intelligent home video access control system has gradually begun to be people's attention.Traditional video access control has many disadvantages,such as high construction cost,complex wiring installation,low flexibility and poor safety.It has been unable to meet the demand of intelligent information of modern life.Therefore,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional intelligent home video access control based on the combination of the actual needs of its improvement,proposed a framework based on AllJoyn intelligent access control video surveillance.In this paper,the research and analysis of the AllJoyn framework to establish endto-end communication model,based on the communication model to achieve home video surveillance and access control and mobile device control,key modules of the study and analysis to achieve the system,Experiments to analyze the performance of the system in all aspects.In order to reduce the computational complexity of the intra prediction mode,we can improve the coding efficiency in the process of video transmission without affecting the quality of the video surveillance.In order to reduce the computational complexity of the intra prediction mode,And the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm based on the edge direction detection and the traditional prediction mode are compared,and the optimization algorithm for high efficiency and low computational complexity of the video coding is proposed in combination with the specific scene,and an improved algorithm based on the improved,And the texture feature of the INTRA16 × 16 mode is used to reduce the amount of computation needed to predict the specific scene of the family scene.This paper presents a dynamic search window mechanism for the UMHexagonS algorithm to adapt to the macroblock partitioning with different sizes of the macroblocks.The macroblock partitioning is realized by the UMHexagonS algorithm,which is based on the inter-frame correlation feature and the statistical analysis knowledge.The best macroblock is searched out.Finally,the function of the whole system is tested and the performance and function indexes of the system are analyzed.The experimental results show that the intelligent access control video monitoring system based on AllJoyn can meet the requirements of modern household applications,safe,reliable and stable.Intelligent home access video surveillance development and application of the feasibility of the program.
