With the gradual increase of urban security needs,real-time video surveillance technology has become an important means to ensure social stability and development.Traditional video surveillance methods with fixed video surveillance equipment and wired network transmission methods are no longer suitable for mobile communication technology and streaming media.The rapid development and effective integration of technology.Remote video surveillance based on embedded mobile terminal devices and wireless networks has become a hot spot in video surveillance today.The paper analyzes the key technologies and design ideas of the system's main mobile video traffic monitoring system,and proposes the overall design of the system based on this.The system is mainly composed of front-end acquisition equipment,data server,and client.The main modules include Video data acquisition module,video encoding module,video transmission module,client application module.The system hardware is designed with high-performance processor,embedded operating system is Android platform,and 4G mobile communication is designed based on Android system.Application software of video technology,video compression coding technology and embedded development technology.The video coding module uses high-quality compression technology such as H.264 to perform video compression on video data,which improves the image quality and coding performance,and meets users' requirements for real-time monitoring of the system The video transmission module adopts streaming media technology,wireless mesh(Mesh)technology and Socket network programming to achieve the end-to-end transmission function of the RTP / RTCP protocol;the client uses the VLC multimedia player for function implementation and control operations,achieving Real-time video image monitoring and control requirements.Finally passed an actual case illustrates the application value of the system in specific scenarios of traffic video surveillance.
