Missiles experience environmental impact test through transportation,loading and unloading,hanging up,combat,launch and so on in the whole lifecycle.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of the adaptability of the missile in the impact environment,it is necessary to carry out the impact experiment of the missile in the laboratory during the missile development process.At present,China's missile impact experiment systems use the sliding impact experiment system,relying on the gravity potential of the missile producing the speed to impact the baffle to prevent the impacts of two or more times without obvious effect.The sliding device occupies a large space.And in recent years the development of heavy missiles also puts forward higher requirements to the impact experiment systems.Therefore,it is of great significance to design an effective impact experiment system.First of all,this paper makes a deep research on the impact experiment technology.Based on the analysis of the shortage of current sliding impact experiment systems and the superiority of the Chibi pendulum experiment machine structures,a new pendulum impact experiment system is proposed.The experiment bench is located on the horizontal orbit.The pendulum impact experiment bench with a certain potential energy achieves the impact of half-sine wave or post-peak sawtooth wave through the front-end waveform buffer delivering the impact load to the experiment bench.Secondly,according to the pendulum impact experiment principle,it is known that the waveform buffer is the key to realize the impact of the half-sine wave or the post-peak sawtooth wave.And its quality has a serious influence on the pulse impact experiment results.Based on the study of the third-order function elastomer and the lead mechanical properties,the waveform buffer is designed respectively to realize the half-sine wave impact or the post-peak sawtooth wave impact.The motion equation and the finite element model of the pendulum impact process are established.The influence rule of the parameters on the impact waveform is qualitatively analyzed according to the simulation results,so as to provide reference for the impact experiment.Finally,the design and experimental analysis of the pendulum impact experiment machine test system are completed.The reliability of half-sine wave and post-peak sawtooth wave pendulum impact experiment model is verified by comparing the actual experiment data of the pendulum impact experiment machine with the simulation results.And the influence rule of different parameters on the experimental results is also known.
