In recent years,with the flourish development of China's automobile industry,vehicle logistics gradually enters into the fast lane of development.However,the domestic third party vehicle logistics enterprises generally present the characteristics of scattered,disorderly and small,and in the enclosed logistics system,resources cannot get the optimal configuration,enterprises have to face the high logistics cost.At the same time,in order to solve transfinite problems of passenger vehicles,the ministry of transport strengthens the governance for highway transportation,which undoubtedly makes enterprises to reduce cost even harder.Therefore,to avoid the operational risk of highway transportation and achieve cost reduction and Efficiency improvement,the optimization of passenger vehicle transportation network has become the focus for the third party vehicle logistics enterprises.First of all,on the basis of elaborating the research and application of multimodal transport at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the difficulty of applying multimodal transport to the passenger vehicles transportation.Paper furtherly analyzes the influence of order delivery mode on the vehicles transportation and organization,and introduces the hub-and-spoke network to construct the network topology which is suitable for vehicle transportation,and establish the method system of transportation network optimization.Secondly,paper constructs the evaluation system including four kinds of first-level indicators and thirteen kinds of second-level indicators,uses the factor analysis to evaluate the logistics nodes and select the the alternate nodes which are suitable for hub construction.Then,paper constructs hub-and-spoke network optimization model based on the direct transport and multimodal transport organization mode,and designs the tabu search algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,the instance is used to validate the model.In order to judge the impact of each factor on the optimization results,paper makes cross analysis for different Parameter levels,and adjusts the parameters and outputs the final optimized solution.From the optimization results,the economic development,the construction of the traffic infrastructure and the scale of the logistics demand of the logistics node are the key factors influencing the selection.At the same time,the number of hub nodes,capacity and discount coefficient settings have an important impact on the logistics cost of the transportation network.In the commodity vehicle transportation network after optimization,the logistics cost,transportation structure and logistics efficiency.have different levels of optimization.The research results of this paper can provide technical support for the third-party vehicle logistics enterprises to carry out transportation network planning,and also has a certain practical significance.
