Under the general trend of global economic integration and integrated development of port hinterland,different ports within the same economic region are connected together due to common hinterland and common interests,forming a regional port group.The multimodal transport system composed of regional port groups and economic hinterland is also becoming more and more complex.In order to improve the operation efficiency of multimodal transport network,we need to adopt scientific methods to optimize it.Therefore,this paper first uses the smoke plume model to divide the cross hinterland of port group,and on this basis,constructs a two-level planning model of multimodal transport network based on hub and spoke network,and finds the best scheme of network optimization by solving the model.Firstly,this paper systematically introduces the research status of port hinterland division and multimodal transport network optimization,and summarizes the relevant theoretical basis of multimodal transport network optimization of regional port groups.After that,it combs the general methods of port hinterland division.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various division methods,it constructs the smoke plume model of cross hinterland division of regional port groups,and defines the solution ideas and specific methods of key variables in the model.Then,on the basis of determining the hinterland of each port,the multimodal transport network under the single hub hybrid hub and spoke structure is constructed.Aiming at minimizing the total cost of multimodal transport operators and maximizing the interests of single port operators,the two-level optimization model of multimodal transport network is established,the constituent elements of the model are analyzed in detail,and the model is solved according to the idea of "linear programming + genetic algorithm".Finally,taking Shandong coastal port group as the research object,the plume model and multimodal transport network optimization model divided by the hinterland are solved by using SPSS,MATLAB and other software.The solution results have certain practical significance,effectively verify the reliability of the model,and provide a reference for the organization and planning of multimodal transport network transportation.There are 32 figures,42 tables and 67 references.
