Comparison And Research Of The Energy Consumption Calculation In Equipment Area Based On BIM

In recent years,the construction industry produced a profound change with the development of building information model(Building Information Modeling,abbreviated BIM)technology.As an innovative tool and production method,thanks to the establishment of digital BIM models,application of digital information technology runs through the whole life cycle of construction projects.China,as one of the biggest world's energy consumption country,also has the largest world construction market.Building energy consumption accounts for about a quarter of the total energy consumption of the people's livelihood energy.Among them,the heating and air conditioning energy consumption has accounted for about two-thirds.With the outbreak of the world's energy crisis,constructing green energysaving buildings,reducing HVAC energy consumption,has become an important task of construction equipment in the field.Currently,in order to comply with the requirements of the National Building Green Building,Architectural and HVAC design work is required in the design of building energy simulation calculations.This study was designed based on the present situation of BIM technology HVAC energy simulation software and our traditional energy simulation software comparison.Combined with the construction of a project model,this study simulate and analysis by using the traditional energy simulation software,Ecotect Analysis and HY-EP as the core of the Energyplus,and compare of various energy analysis software in terms of modeling,simulation,calculation of BIM data requirements,in order to summarize energy simulation design process related to other professional(architectural,structural,etc.)design with flow-based HVAC BIM technology.Let HVAC designers recognize the importance of BIM technology in the future for HVAC design,help HVAC designers make a more efficient and accurate energy consumption simulation and optimization design by a suitable design process based on BIM.At the same time,also contributed to the project BIM technology can be more widely used.
