Building energy consumption refers to the heat energy generated in the whole process of building facilities production and use from building materials manufacturing,project construction to the completion of the project,and the energy consumption through media and medium conduction,convection and radiation.In the building energy consumption,the proportion of air conditioning energy consumption is more than 50%,so by effectively reducing the building air conditioning energy consumption,we can achieve the goal of building energy saving.The influencing factors of building air conditioning energy consumption are air conditioning load,air conditioning system form and cold and heat source form.In order to explore the influence of various factors on building energy consumption and put forward the measures of building energy conservation,this paper is divided into the following aspects:(1)Based on an office building in Yichang City,Hubei Province,the paper establishes the original solid model of the building by Sketch Up,and constructs the energy consumption calculation model of the office building by selecting the energy simulation software Energy Plus through software comparison.After the establishment of the model,the current situation of building energy consumption was simulated,and the relationship between the monthly average dry bulb temperature of outdoor air and the monthly average cooling and heating load was analyzed.(2)Energy saving analysis of building load.Considering that the factors affecting the building load include orientation,window wall ratio,heat transfer coefficient of external wall,heat transfer coefficient of external window and heat transfer coefficient of roof,the uniform design method is adopted to analyze the influence of five factors on the joint action of building load,so as to provide reference for engineering design.(3)In order to find out the degree that the form of building air-conditioning system affects the annual air-conditioning energy consumption and indoor comfort of buildings,the energy plus energy consumption simulation is used to analyze the influence of centralized air-conditioning system,semi centralized air-conditioning system and decentralized air-conditioning system on building air-conditioning energy consumption and indoor comfort.In order to explore the influence of building energy consumption due to different forms of building cold and heat sources,the energy pl The energy-saving potential,economy and environmental friendliness of different forms of cold and heat sources are compared and analyzed by us energy consumption simulation.The best cold and heat source scheme is selected,that is,conventional chiller + boiler.At the same time,the best chiller ratio scheme is selected through the annual dynamic load distribution.Taking an office building in hot summer and cold winter area as the research object,this paper analyzes the simulation calculation process,the influencing factors of building energy consumption and the selection of air conditioning system.As far as building air conditioning load is concerned,because building load is affected by different factors such as orientation,window wall ratio,heat transfer coefficient of external wall,heat transfer coefficient of external window and heat transfer coefficient of roof,the main reason for cooling energy consumption in summer is the heat introduced by solar radiation and Mechanical ventilation,and the secondary reason is the heat transfer of lighting,equipment,personnel and enclosure structure.The main reason of indoor heating energy consumption in winter is the cooling capacity introduced by mechanical ventilation system,and the secondary reason is the heat conduction of enclosure structure and the role of infiltration wind.Therefore,corresponding improvement measures can be taken more pertinently.As far as the selection of cold and heat sources for air conditioning is concerned,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three common cold and heat sources,namely,conventional water chiller + boiler,lithium bromide absorption cold and hot water chiller and air source heat pump.Then it analyzes the hourly cooling and heating load of the whole year,and divides the whole year into three periods: cooling period,transition period and heating period.Finally,the applicability of three cold and heat source schemes is analyzed for the building of this project.The air source heat pump unit is selected as the cold and heat source of this project,and two water chiller matching schemes are proposed.According to the relationship between cop and partial load rate,the scheme suitable for this project is analyzed.As far as the air conditioning system is concerned,three types of air conditioning system are selected for energy consumption simulation,and the conclusion that the fan coil + fresh air system is more comfortable and has better energy saving effect is obtained. |
