Shielding motor pump is composed of shielding motor,pump body,pump and motor connecting parts(shielding pump body)and other components.The motor adopts shielded structure,and the stator and rotor are closed by shielding sleeve.The motor cooling capacity is poor,the safety operation of the motor brings great challenges,accurate analysis of the shielding motor pump parts of the temperature distribution,the correct assessment of the overall heat transfer and thermal capacity of shielding motor pump,its structure and electromagnetic design,and safe and stable operation has important theoretical significance and practical value.In this dissertation,a large number of screening motor operation and the motor temperature distribution research literature on the basis of detailed description of the shielding motor pump temperature distribution research at home and abroad,combining the specific characteristics of shielding motor pump structure and operation requirements,established the research content of this article.On the basis of analysing the requirements of the operating environment and technical conditions of shielding motor pumps,the physical model of the steady temperature field calculation of the shield pump body structure is established,and the boundary conditions for calculating the temperature field of the shielding pump body are determined by analyzing and calculating the pump side and non-pump water temperature.Based on the finite element method,the temperature distribution of the shielding pump body is calculated,and the thermal conductivity of the heat insulation structure of the pump is studied,the relationship between the temperature distribution of the shielding pump body is carried out,and the temperature field distribution of the shield pump is given in the case of various thermal conductivity.The regularity of thermal conductivity and the temperature variation of the pump body key points is revealed.Aiming at the constraint conditions of the stator temperature distribution of the shielding motor pump and the temperature conditions inside and outside the inlet side of a water,the heat transfer coefficient of the core yoke part of the core is calculated based on the different operating conditions,this paper calculates the temperature distribution of the stator of a water inlet side,gives the temperature distribution of stator cores under different constraint conditions,obtains the regularity of temperature variation along the radial direction in the center of the stator groove rod,and determines the temperature variation regularity of the stator heat transfer most unfavorable condition.Combining the temperature constraint condition of the stator outlet side of water,on the basis of determining the temperature boundary condition of the stator and outside side,the temperature distribution of the stator of a water outlet side is calculated,and the distribution of the temperature field of a water non-constraint condition is obtained,and the maximum temperature position area of the stator rod near the pump side is determined.In order to study the influence of the external thermal environment on the stator temperature distribution of the shield motor pump,the three-dimensional temperature field calculation model of stator radial half-tooth half-slot is established considering shielding sleeve,and the three-dimensional stator temperature field distribution is calculated,and the regularity of the temperature along axial direction of stator groove rod is revealed.
