| China’s wind power installed capacity has reached 114,600 MW in 2015,photovoltaic installed capacity of 18,600 MW,the cumulative number of installed wind turbine more than 70,000 units.With the large-scale access to new energy grid,most of the areas where the load is low,because of the grid size is small,if the long-distance transmission,line loss and layer loss on the transmission economy considerable impact.At the same time new energy intermittent,random characteristics of the power system to reduce the peak load problem gradually.In order to reduce the running cost of transmission network,to achieve the purpose of economic scheduling and reasonable scheduling,the new energy power system dispatching strategy is studied in view of the shortcomings of the safe operation of power grid enterprises.The main work achieved is as follows:Firstly,the power dispatching strategy of the power system is studied deeply,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing scheduling algorithm are studied under the premise of the combination of the new energy unit and the traditional unit,and the effect is summarized.Aiming at the problem of large-scale new energy-generating units,the calculation of the combined power generation algorithm of the unit is easy to cause the problem of "dimensionality disaster",and the minimum cost of the combination of new energy and how to quickly calculate the unit cost is studied.The dynamic programming algorithm based on decision quantity is designed to meet the certain constraints and standby requirements as the decision,and the starting and stopping of the generator set is arranged.Finally,the minimum economic cost under the balance of load supply is calculated quickly.Second,with a large number of new energy grid to make the network scale,wiring form is very complex,geographical span,in the realization of optimal energy distribution at the same time,the transmission process also contains a major accident risk.When the local power grid due to failure or maintenance of power outages,we should quickly and effectively determine the best power island,as far as possible to reduce the power outage range.In this paper,based on the improved heuristic search islanding algorithm,this paper proposes to meet the capacity constraints of the unit and the maximum islanding constraints,so as to maintain the safety of large power grid and ensure the long-term stable operation of the power island.Finally,based on the experimental algorithm of the power system scheduling strategy,this paper completes the dynamic algorithm based on the decision quantity and the improved heuristic search algorithm.The comparison between the algorithm execution efficiency and the calculation accuracy is carried out.The experimental results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper shortens the running time,further improves the accuracy of the calculation results,and provides some reference value for the grid dispatching strategy. |
