| With the development of grid technology,power system is moving towards digital,intelligent,network for the development of smart grid,the traditional substation will evolve into intelligent digital substation,will be one of the most important characteristics of smart substation,electronic transformer is one of the most important equipment in intelligent substation,electronic transformer in the source of the key the basic parameters of power grid voltage and current digital,improves the accuracy and precision of parameter,has a very large increase of power system real-time control and relay protection device reliability,will become an important foundation to enhance the overall level of the power grid.Stable operation of electronic transformer cannot do without the main insulation and transmission light path is stable and reliable,therefore,the use of electronic transformer main insulation and transmission characteristics of optical,electronic transformer main insulation and transmission path combination is proposed,the formation of design,through the test to verify the feasibility of the scheme.Firstly,this paper analyzes the main insulation materials of electronic transformers,including external insulation,insulation in two aspects,the external insulation are analyzed for different types of high temperature silicone rubber selection problem in application of electronic transformer,the epoxy glass liquid silicone rubber,drawing tube(bar)as the main external insulation materials,insulation the main analysis of the six sulfur hexafluoride gas mixed gas,nitrogen selection problem in application of electronic transformer,choose 20%six SF 80%nitrogen gas mixture and pure nitrogen as insulating gas instead of pure gas in six sulfur fluoride in different products.Secondly,this paper analyzes the factors of the electronic transformer used in optical fiber transmission characteristics and the influence on the service life,analyzes the main factors of electronic transformer independent manufacturing process and use of the damage to the fiber,the fiber in the electronic transformer products manufacture and use of force characteristics,combined with the skeleton type cable and optical cable with their respective advantages,proposed strip skeleton type cable design of electronic transformer in optical transmission.This design trough the support layer,buffer layer under external pressure on the fiber side,greatly reduce the fiber by lateral pressure,the support layer can make the fiber optic displacement within a certain range,greatly reduces the production of the axial force,used by sealing the buffer layer,the optical fiber with air and water isolation.To improve the service life of the optical fiber;improve the stability design of electronic transformer transmission path,improve the service life of the product.Finally,the electronic transformer main insulation of transmission and optical combination of three ways,analyzed the fiber through the hollow insulating sleeve center,insulation casing,hollow fiber embedded optical fiber embedded in solid insulation support way compared with characteristics of three kinds of electronic transformer main insulation and transmission optical structure design proposed are embedded fiber composite casing and 20%six 80%nitrogen mixed gas of sulfur hexafluoride combination design,embedded fiber composite casing and nitrogen mixed gas combination design,embedded fiber composite insulation rod design,embedded fiber composite casing and 20%six 80%nitrogen mixed gas of sulfur hexafluoride combination design,embedded optical fiber composite casing and nitrogen mixed gas combination scheme can reduce the use of six sulfur hexafluoride gas,reducing the cost and protecting The design scheme of the embedded optical fiber composite insulation rod is adopted in the whole solid insulation design,which can simplify the whole structure of the product and improve the reliability of the electronic mutual inductor.The test results show that the scheme is feasible by testing the samples of the three designs. |
