Vacuum interrupter has favorable insulating property,which facilitates it to be widely applied in the electric power transmission and distribution control in electric power system.As the market demand grows rapidly,new requirements are put forward on the detection of its quality and parameters.However,due to the quality parameters of the vacuum interrupter and has many product models,different types of testing standards are not consistent and the detection process is complex,and the current domestic companies generally take the form of manual testing,facing the low degree of detection automation,operator fatigue,data reproducibility is poor,large measurement error and low efficiency and many other issues,reducing the number of production of vacuum interrupters.This research is based on the domestic company which product the vacuum interrupters,it aims to develop a vacuum interrupter automatic detection line intelligent control system for vacuum interrupter automatic detection and data management,improve the detection efficiency and the quality and quantity of the vacuum interrupter to meet the market demand.The device system includes six major stations,which are the feeding line,the loading robot,the two integrated inspection stations,the sorting robot and the sorting line.Using the master industrial computer as the control core of the whole system,use bar code as a sign of product identification and establish the product information files,based on the 485 bus to master and slave communications to complete the host computer and the next machine information exchange,achieve each station equipment coordinated operation,to complete the vacuum interrupter detection sorting and data processing integration.Aiming at the characteristics of product scheduling of parallel integrated test station with loading and unloading,improve the design on traditional genetic algorithm encoding method,the initial population as well as crossover and mutation operators.And apply the improved genetic annealing intelligent optimization algorithm for simulation experiments,effectively improve the efficiency of the product detection,to minimize the total completion time to meet the actual needs of the project.In order to make the information exchange between devices reliable and stable,designed the control system communication protocol,the format of the system communication and the message frame are described,and the relevant function code,parameter format and error code are designed in detail.According to the above research and the requirements of the automatic detection system of the vacuum interrupter,this paper introduces the software development of the control system in detail,designs the overall structure of the host monitoring software,divides the functional modules and describes the modules function,gives the relation module function flow chart and class UML diagram,at the same time show the system software commonly used functions of the interface design and layout.According to the type and characteristics of the operation data,the entity contact model is established,and designed the database of the system.The system software development used in the multi-threaded and design model ideas were described,completed the software class structure design.Finally,the implementation of upper monitoring software as well as bar code & quality certificate processing software,etc.The software system designed in this research is a key part of arc-extinguishing chamber full-automatic detection line,which can solve the current problems existing in the arc-extinguishing chamber.Currently,the commissioning of the system has been finished,and the system has passed the delivery detection,so the system now operates normally in the arc-extinguishing chamber of a company,which is of great significance to improving the automatic detection level of arc-extinguishing chambers.
