In the background of large data age,knowledge clustering plays an important role in the pooling of knowledge.It is now the rapid development of science and technology products for the management and collection of knowledge has a positive meaning,which is the key to the existence of value relation between data objects.In the form of product design.The knowledge clustering method can be directly and quickly collect the knowledge.The abundance of material products,the user's demand for the product become more higher,from the material level to the spiritual level of satisfaction.Excellent products not only must have a good function,interface,mode of operation and other technical features,but also need to consider the appearance of the product,as well as emotional factors to meet the consumer's psychological needs.In the mature market competition,similar products with the different brands become more and more homogeneity,and the same time the tend to be obvious.Only rely on the practical aspects of product innovation,it's cannot to meet the consumers.In this case,personalized and fashion has gradually become a decisive factor if the consumers to buy the product.In the thesis,the electric kettle as an example,use knowledge clustering methods and techniques to research their shape.Knowledge clustering,perceptual image,the morphological analysis and statistical analysis are the theoretical basis of this paper.The main content is divided into three parts.First,the acquisition of sensory imagery knowledge.Using the knowledge clustering as much as possible the sample and image vocabulary of the aggregated product;using the morphological analysis method to analyze the morphological elements of the summarized product;evaluate the image of the image by the image test,and finally get the representative perceptual images vocabulary.Second,the relationship between product form elements and emotional vocabulary.By usingmultiple linear regression analysis,the relationship between morphological elements and perceptual images is established,and the morphological elements corresponding to each image are obtained,and the combination diagram is drawn.Third,the case design application.Through the user research to identify the product positioning,to determine the product style image,select the product form schematic diagram,the program after the selection of the program refinement and the establishment of three-dimensional model to complete the product shape design.In the thesis,the semantic difference method is used to investigate the product form and the image vocabulary.The number of words is converged by factor analysis and cluster analysis.The multiple regression analysis method is used to analyze the correlation between the product image and the representative vocabulary.Knowledge clustering as the guidance in the thesis,and the techniques and methods of knowledge clustering are combined with the image design of small household electrical appliances.Combine with this two different areas,it has important guiding significance for emotional image.With the product design,it can be a theoretical basis for the future design.Then improve the design efficiency and save the costs.
