| Urbanization has greatly changed the impervious surface area of the city,resulting in increased surface runoff,increased peak runoff,increased pollutants and other problems.In view of the serious problems of stormwater in the current city and the defects of traditional urban rainwater drainage system,the concept of sponge city,which based on low impact development(LID)concept,has caught more and more attention.At the same time,the government announced the list of two batches of sponge city,which set off a boom in the construction of sponge city.However,Sponge City is still a new concept.There are few research in the domestic.Therefore,based on studying the foreign advanced stormwater management theory and practical experience,this paper focuses on urban parks and puts forward a multi-functional stormwater management practices which are suitably applied in urban parks site,and then showed a actual case to pilot study,in order to provide a useful reference for sponge city construction.Urban parks is an important part of the city,which also plays an important role in stormwater management.In addition,urban parks can play a huge role in the current sponge city construction.Therefore,this study mainly focus on urban parks to search for the suitable technical measures for domestic urban park stormwater management.Firstly,on the basis of elaborating the development of stormwater management at home and abroad,the practice of stormwater management at home and abroad and the theory of LID,combined with the present situation of urban parks in China,the researche tries to put forward the planning and design method suitable for urban park rainwater management.Then,we choose the example of Fuzhou Feifengshan Olympic Sports Park as an example,based on the SUSTAIN model to explore the planning and design method of Feifengshan Olympic Sports Park.Furthur more,sum up the appropriate stormwater management for domestic urban park.Through the SUSTAIN system,do the suitability analysis of LID constructed measures in study area and find the best area to build the constructed measures.Digitize the data and simulatethe pre-developmentscenarios,the traditional development patternscenarios,current scenarios,and LID scenarios.Use precipitation data of Fuzhou in 2016.Simulate and compare the changes in total runoff and pollutants in the study area.The results showed that:(1)Average Annual Flow Volume increased by 205%compared with pre-development scenarios in current scenarios,(2)Peak Discharge Flow increased by 13%,(3)Suspended Solids total Annual Average Load increased 192%,(4)Suspended Solids total Annual Average Concentration increased 38%.It indicated that the development of site has a negative impact hydrological environment and it makes the problem of stormwater more serious.And then the design of stormwater management measures was carried out according to the current situation of the site.The results showed that the Average Annual Flow Volume and Peak Discharge Flow were reduced by 21.2%and 17%.Suspended Solids total Annual Average Load and Suspended Solids total Annual Average Concentration were reduced by 26.6%and 8%.Finally,the optimization of the SUSTAIN system is used to optimize the scheme.The optimal cost-benefit scheme is obtained as follows:The total cost 1469044.06 Yuan,of the Average Annual Flow Volume and Suspended Solids total Annual Average Load rate were reduced by 26.9%and 36.6%,it get the target cost-effective optimization plan of the Fuzhou annual runoff control rate of 75%.The results of the case study validate the validity of the stormwater management measures based on LID technology,and provide the corresponding reference for the future construction of sponge city. |
