Guanghan airport communication navigation equipment was single,2006 years ago only VHF radio communication and simple navigation equipment.3 # projects of China civil aviation system,introduced in 2006,the main equipment DLD-100 A secondary radar developed by 14 th research institute of Nanjing.;in 2007,with the development of College ADS-B r&d center,ADS-B has gradually become the main surveillance system of flight training.air trafficcontrollers of guanghan airport from the original ATC of "Bai Qi Zi" transition to the ATC with secondary radar and ADS-B surveillance system;CAFUC has developed rapidly in recent years,flight training volume increased year by year,the test of the ATC is becoming more and more serious.So the integration of guanghan airport ATC information,the better service for ATC,it is very necessary.This paper based on existing ATC equipment and procedure of guanghan airport,stand on the safety of flight training,through the research,such as Controller,technical support personnel determine system solutions,planning the ATC information data processing and display system overall framework and the hardware structure,software system was designed and implemented.This paper mainly discusses the flight data processing,monitoring data processing and display problems.The surveillance data processing focus on the present hot spots,ADS-B and secondary radar data fusion.This article first introduces the development of the aviation equipment,which leads to the construction of the purpose of air traffic information data processing and display system and the practical significance;Then through the requirements analysis,design the whole framework of the whole system and the hardware structure,and the system of technical indicators require;In the third chapter of this article,focusing on the design and implementation of flight data processing subsystem;The subsystem is mainly includes the flight dynamic message processing,the flight plan to the controllers to provide real-time update of the flight plan,flight dynamics and auxiliary ATC tools and decision basis.The forth chapter,focus on the surveillance data processing subsystem design and implementation;The subsystem is mainly includes radar data processing system and ADS-B processing system.surveillance data through the front-end preprocessing,dual channel selection,data analysis,tracking and fusion,output system track to flight data processing subsystem,man-machine interface subsystem for display.At last the data processing and display system of air traffic information was tested.Now this system has been put into use,the system basically meet the predetermined requirements and function,overall system running well,greatly promote the efficiency of the controller,to increased the flight flight training volume of the CAFUC.
