With the rapid development of the global economy,the urban road traffic congestion caused by more and more urban cars causing widespread attention from governments,industry and academia.Intelligent transportation system is considered the hope to solve the world traffic congestion problem,how to use the vehicle network and other advanced communication technology to improve traffic conditions become the current research focus.Traffic congestion is partly due to excessive traffic vehicles,most of which are due to traffic accidents,road works and weather events.A separate accident(such as an accident or a single car in front of a sudden brake)may cause a ripple effect(cascade failure),which can lead to a long period of persistent traffic congestion.The preliminary analysis shows that the blindness of individual vehicle path selection is the main reason for the increase of congestion under the premise that the demand for road and the road capacity can't be changed rapidly.To this end,this thesis focuses on "vehicle routing and traffic congestion relationship" to study,put forward the use of traffic centers to coordinate the individual vehicle path,so as to ease and avoid congestion.It is based on car network collection and transmission of road network data and induction information.The main work of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)This thesis summarizes the research on the improvement of traffic conditions at home and abroad,and analyzes the related mechanism of traffic guidance and the development of communication technology,which bring opportunities and challenges to future intelligent transportation.(2)To improve the real-time information collection in traffic induction,a method of compressing the geographical location information for reducing the transmission cost of vehicle network is proposed.The traditional mobile message and the compressed message are compared with each other in discovering the overhead,and it is concluded that the packet transmission cost after compression is much smaller than that of using the traditional mobile message.(3)A new traffic guidance scheme based on forecasting information is proposed to solve the problem of high complexity,large information delay or local optimization for existing traffic guidance schemes.It is possible to reduce the complexity of traffic induced computing and overcome the real-time problem caused by excessive information delay.by setting the two-layer control center to traffic guidance scheme,which has the advantages of low complexity,high real-time and global traffic equalization.(4)A road weighting algorithm based on road saturation is proposed to achieve the goal that induce vehicle to the idle road segment and overcome the influence of the human factors on the traffic induction effect.By adding the road network parameters and the road bill influencing factors that affect the road traffic,it can overcome the influence of the subjective factors on the traffic induced effect and induce the vehicle to the road section with better traffic.Based on this method,SUMO and OMNET ++ are used to simulate the traffic guidance scheme proposed in this thesis.The results show that this scheme can alleviate traffic congestion.
