| The rapid growth of cars brings great pressure on urban traffic facilities and environment. The heavy congestion and pollution obstruct city development. As Connected Vehicle technology is gradually applied in the urban traffic management, Connected Vehicle Guidance System based on V2V and V2I has become an effective means to solve the urban traffic problems.This paper researches the impact of vehicle guidance strategy on road network traffic flow based on Connected Vehicle. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research results of traditional route guidance, vehicle velocity guidance and Connected Vehicle guidance. The research content and ideas of the paper are put forward based on these research results. Secondly, after introducing the traditional traffic flow guidance system, this paper analyzes the principle, framework and feature of the vehicle guidance system based on Connected Vehicle. Also its application situation in home and abroad is introduced. Moreover, this paper not only generalizes the Connected Vehicle simulation method in the aspects of demand analysis and logical framework, but also focuses on the analysis of the Connected Vehicle simulation method based on Agent. At the same time, the function, framework and API of the selected EstiNet are introduced elaborately for the foundation of the Connected Vehicle simulation scene. Based on the analysis of Connected Vehicle guidance strategy, this paper presents route guidance strategy and velocity guidance strategy based on Connected Vehicle. By analyzing their strategy principle, strategy making and model design, these strategies are realized by the secondary development of the simulation software. Combining with the instance of the simple network, two kinds of simulation scenes are established by the EstiNet. After establishing the evaluation index system, we analyze the two kinds of guidance strategies’influence law on traffic flow by means of effect and sensitivity analyses. Besides, the prediction accuracy of route choice model is analyzed. Finally, the research results and deficiencies of this paper are summarized.The results show that the effect between non route guidance simulation scene and route guidance simulation scene based on the Connected Vehicle has significant differences. In route guidance simulation scene, Strategy Guidance Rate achieves 67.70%, Average Velocity raises 29.17%, Average Travel Time, Average Delay and Average Pollotion Emission reduces 28.82%,35.97% and 26.57% respectively。As for the sensitivity analysis, Market Penetration Rate, Following Rate and Congestion Level have significant impact on guidance effect. The higher the influence factors are, the more significant the improved effect is. In the velocity guidance at intersection simulation scene, Stop of Vehicle, Average Stop Time, Average Delay and Average Pollution Emission reduces 28.83%ã€26.57%ã€10.77% and 7.62% respectively. Besides, there is a reasonable value of RSU Transmit Power to maximize the improved effect in velocity guidance environment. The higher the Market Penetration Rate and Initial Space Headway are, the more significant the improved effect is. However, Intersection Surrounding Environment makes no difference to the guidance effect. |
